Once Upon a Time –
There were two new customers that reached out to us for service and a bit of education.
The first customer called us with a list of possible locations that they may move their business to. We conducted a free pre-qualification on each location for Internet connectivity and other needs for the customer. After we confirmed the infrastructure for locations, the customer knew in advance that all their IT and communications needs could be properly met.
Customer number two, spent a lot of time with their tenant rep finding a location for their new business. They got a great deal and moved in. Then we got the call, please provide us with your outstanding services, we have heard so many great things about National ComTel. After we checked with each of the major providers, we discovered that this location was in an “internet hole”. Three of the major providers did not service that address, another provider had very limited and poor connectivity with far less bandwidth than the company needed to properly operate their business. The good news is that despite the “Internet hole”, National ComTel was once again able to provide a cost effective and powerful solution versus going to a big provider.
The moral of the story is that you should speak with us before you move into a location, modify your current office, or have your tenant rep call us for a free pre-qualification to ensure that your Internet, IT and communications needs can be fully met and maintained with outstanding personal and professional domestic support.
