With non-customers calling us on a consistent basis while in crisis management mode, we see a definitive need for businesses to be able to call on us as a dependable resource, especially businesses without a communications expert.
The big providers do not have the time, nor do they have the desire to truly educate a business in current technology, new trends, or to assist the customer in deciding what they need or think they need. They do not sit down and discuss, educate or plan with the customer, whether one to one or in a forum setting. Because their focus, are themselves.
