ist1_3920154_smiling_operatorI have heard so many complaints about so many companies in America.  They do not provide the support that you need or expect, they are not available during regular businesses hours, their employees do not care about the well being of the customer, they do not answer with a live person, they do not speak English, their support is out of the country.  I can not believe that with our current economy that there are still fly by night providers in any industry as well as big bad companies with poor service. 

I have good news, there are a lot of businesses that do everything that they possibly can, most are listed as Christian based businesses, and there are others as well.  Some say they are Christian, however are not and that is unfortunate and another story. 

In my humble opinion and experience, most of these providers are small and medium size businesses.  Their owners and staff do care about your business and your success like National ComTel.  Large or small you are important to us. 

My suggestion is that when you find a provider that cares about your businesses, stay with them even if they have hiccups with something.  Usually they are more than willing and happy to make it right for you.  If they charge a little more, don’t sweat it, you get what you pay for.  As an example, a company like National ComTel provides so much more that the service that you utilize that you can not put a price on it.  They do their best to make every experience as enjoyable as possible for the customer.

I would love to hear about your good experiances with your providers.  Let’s leave the bad providers and the negativity out of this discussion, they are not worth it.
