For many of our customers, we provide monthly network management and security checks and cleaning, most times this is an on sight personal visit. As marketing people say, “this is another one of the necessary monthly touches that we need to make” to be a good provider and an opportunity to stay connected, in communication.
Case in point #2. When our technician spent the morning on sight one on one with the customer, they conduct the regular chit chat. And upon leaving, we ask is there anything upcoming that we need to know about, any concerns, any questions??? “No, think were good” states the customer.
- A week later, we receive a call informing us that they are temporarily moving to another suite so that they can install new carpet and paint their office. AND this will take place in two days.
How are you going to move your internet to another location? And then back. Big providers may charge you and it may take several weeks to order.

Who is going to set up the temporary network? Many additional lines may need to be run. - Since your suite is apart and a mess:

Do you want your telephone closet and or network room made more efficient?
Do you need your conference room updated with TV’s or automatic shades, speaker or music systems?
Do you need better HVAC?
