As a business owner, office manager or other C-level decision maker, who would you rather have to support your business?  A large impersonal provider or a businesses partner provider and why?  Size should not be a determining factor, but rather personal, professional support.  A business who is there to support your business, be there for your questions and concerns, one that you can appreciate for what they can do for you.  You get what you pay for, whether that is a cheep rate with poor support, or a little extra with a company that actually works for and represents you and your business.
