- Does the provider educate you on several options?
- Do they cover the pros and cons of each solution?
- Will they walk you through any necessary steps?
- Are they out to make a sale regardless of your needs?
- Does the provider interview you for immediate needs, AND long term goals with options for possible change?
- Is the provider a business partner of yours interested in your success?
- Does the provider offer additional benefits free of charge?
